OWNER

NATALIE IS HONOURED TO BE AN ASSET TO SO MANY MAINE FAMILIES AS THEY PREPARE, BIRTH, CELEBRATE AND SETTLE IN TO FAMILY LIFE. SHE DRAWS UPON HER COUNTLESS EXPERIENCES TO SUPPORT COUPLES IN EXPLORING THE POSSIBILITIES OF BIRTH, BIRTHING WITH CONFIDENCE, SETTING A STRONG FOUNDATION AS NEW PARENTS, AND ENSURING HEALTHY SLEEP FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY.

Natalie has trained with doula organizations such as DONA, ProDoula, Birthing From Within, and HypnoBabies. After using the techniques through her first labour, she became certified as a HypnoBirthing Practitioner to offer private and group classes. She is proud to have been offered an exclusive seat at a Mommywise sleep coach training and has also trained with the International Maternity and Parenting Institute to sharpen her expertise in healthy sleep for the whole family.

She has two dynamic children who are excited to deepen their knowledge of birth and parenting as they grow. In her life before children, she trained at New England Culinary Institute as a professional chef and enjoys how cooking allows for moments of pause.

Natalie is thrilled to nurture this innovative, unique organization with Jodi Phinney, and looks forward to Maine Doulas ensuring that every family can know the joy and satisfaction of growing a family with the most knowledgeable and compassionate support possible.
